Sweet lamps! They've been made about 200 miles away from me! I can't wait to find one of these Canadian Westinghouse mercury lamps!

I know the old US Westys are rare, seeing a Canadian Westy Lamp is even rarer

Thanks all! There are a few minor differences between these and the US Westys. The stem press lacks the factory and date codes, the basing cement is a little different, and the arc tube pinched seals look slightly more rounded. Also these lamps are early 80s and still had the older full frame support while the US 175s went to the wrapped frame from about '78-'80 on.

Yeah I thought the same about the etch, similar to the 60s-'74 USA etch.

I don't have something like this....I don't have any Canadian MV lamps.
