05/23/19 at 05:56I used to live near Rathburn in the 90s and yeah I kinda remember at least a couple of intersections having the black CGEs until around 10 years ago.
Hmm Markham is like that too. The Markham roads have signals and streetlights maintained by Markham. The York Region signals all got reflective yellow backplates but I believe the Markham ones are still plain yellow backplates. They even retrofitted the streetlights on the Markham and York region roads separately and used different fixtures too. |
