07/04/11 at 18:08Yep the Pink Sockets are EX39 a new inovation, the EX is Exclusive Sockets for Open Rated Metal Halide Lamps, thye are specially designed to stop you using a standard Metal Halide Lamp (Which must be in a Enclosed fitting) in a open light which, if it explodes the hot fragmets could cause Injury or Fire. |
