Hi Colin, that's a good deal !! I bought mine from the local Wholesale Electrical supplier for about $20 CDN. The 250W version came from Ebay, but I forget how much it cost.

Hi Darren

Yep E-bay is Great for Lamps they cam be a lot cheaper then buying from aElectrical Suppliers, however some cases sellers list lamps at silly Prices example you can buy a 80w Mercury Lamp from a Electrical suppliers for about £5 GBP (about $8 USD), however some sellers are listing them for £13 GBP (About $20 USD). in these cases it's cheaper to buy them on the US E-bay and inc Postage they work out cheaper.

All the Best

Colin

Is Westinghouse still a company today?

I have seen a lamp like this at Batteries Plus...

Well I believe Westinghouse is now a brand that's owned by ABCO who slaps their name onto the lamps they import, so I believe the old Westinghouse who made their own lamps is no more.

I think ACE sells Faux Westy too, I got a 175w merc from there before.
