GE 100W CDM/CDX Projection Lamp
Here's a unknown age GE 100W CDM/CDX Projection lamp, I tested this lamp at 60V and it's still pretty bright. The lamp has a single contact bayonet base that looks like the ones for the automotive lamps.  The inset on the left shows the etch details.

in the UK we have a 240 volt version type A1-21 It's a good Idea to under Run Projector Lamps as at the rated Voltage they only last 25 to 50 Hours and in some cases they need to be Forced Cooled too.

I have a few of those lamps with same or similar packaging.....
