New Find! A Powerlite Gumball!

Here's a shot of my Powerlite gumball I found in a corner of a antique mall. This is after I cleaned it up a bit but as you can see the gumball still needs a fair amount of work. I still don't know how old it is or the model number (or the fact that Powerlite even made a gumball O_o).

It does look pretty nice lit up with a 300w Sylvania clear mogul I had lying around though. I'm not sure what wattage was the original bulb since the etch was a bit faded, it's blackened but it looks like it might still work since the filament is still intact.

Oh and here's how it though looked when I got it at the store and here's a closeup of the head.

Here's a couple of shots of my Powerlite gumball, the one on the left shows it after disassembly showing the interesting reflector which has a outer metal housing and a inner reflector unlike most gumballs I've seen, also you can see the house side shield and the Holophane glass refractor before it got washed.

The other shot is of the Powerlite logo on the slipfitter and the slipfitter nuts (it uses a U-bolt fitter).
