Sylvania 130v 500w Mogul Here's a unknown incandescent lamp that came with my Powerlite gumball, surprisingly it still works too. It's shown lit up in my R47 which I bypassed the ballast briefly for testing. I don't know who made this or the exact wattage/date but when I tested it, I found that it drew around 3.47A and 416 watts. Some design features I've are that, it has a heat deflector disk, the glass insulator on the base is black and taped. Possiblity could be originally 500 Watts bulb now that most of the filament evaporated to the wall of the envelope Confused

Hmm, I thought it was a streetlighting bulb which I was told had odd wattages since they're rated by lumens instead.

Joe, that is a 500w 130v lamp made by Sylvania. Its not a street lighting lamp, these come with a 3 or 5 support filament.

Ah thanks anyways Dave, I guess I'll stick with the 300w clear Sylvania for now until I manage to find a real streetlighting lamp.
