Well I don't have a youtube account but here's a couple of mine I have on:

My preheat T5 fixtures starting up here.

It's not very blink happy but here's a preheat F32T8 starting up.

Here's a short video I made of some preheat fluorescents starting up,
the fluorescent lamps used were F4, F6, & F8T5, F15T8, and F20T12.
