Doomed Powerlite
This R37 (along with a Crouse-hinds OV-15) have been out for over a year so I reported them out - and requested that they install 400 watt fixtures (these are 250) since the area needs them. You can also see these Pyle fixtures that Joseph got a picture of and some highmasts, the replacements will be Cooper OVXs (roll eyes)

Here is the setup from street view, right behind you is this intersection before the road work, and off to your left is a parking lot full of unidoors where Jace was cought sunbathing Laughing

Cool pic and description Very Happy and Here's a view from '87 taken from further up the road. Can't make out what the lumes are exactly but looks a bit like a Crouse Hinds OV 15.

Edit/Update: This Powerlite was not replaced but instead a temporary line was run from the power lines in the backround to the pole, I noticed that on Monday, then on Wedesday I went by these (R37 & OV-15) they where both out as well as the next ten lights east of them Rolling Eyes I've reported them but who knows when they will be fixed, not to mention these Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Second Update: All of the lights have been fixed Razz

This is still here, a lot of those Crouse Hinds OV-15's here were replaced recently with AE 115's. Somehow this powerlite didn't get replaced.

Yep I noticed that. As you can tell I've been absent from this site for a little while. Do you live in Brampton? Oh and I know exactly where your picture was taken. Razz

Hey welcome back Niall. Cool Interesting that they only used one pole in the parking lot. I've only seen one M-1000 here not in a parking lot.

Thanks Mike, there are very few M1000s around here. I've never seen one on a road, only a few in parking lots.

It seems even in parking lots the B2213s are more common than the M1000s. I think OV-50s are the rarest though...I only know of one in the entire GTA. Shocked
