Not an issue if you use insulated tools, which you always should be using when doing electrical work...

I didn't say I would actually do it, but I do agree with taking the PC out, at least then you could say you where solving a public safety issue.

If the live circuit WERE to come into contact with the fence, then it would become an electric fence! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

The current would probably go to ground, as most ballasts are HX or CWA's, which have no isolation.
