They don't even know what they are talking about, they just think getting rid of all mercury and drop refractor lights will somehow make the stars appear. Rolling Eyes

Funny thing is, Richmond Hill has a light pollution bylaw and they're completely FCO but the sky glows the same HPS orange as nearby cities which use drop lens. Only difference is Richmond Hill's FCO lights are spotty and streaky at night. Rolling Eyes

From what I have been told sky glow is caused mostly from light reflecting off the ground, not from drop refractors.

I just read through the Richmond Hill lighting guild lines, I feel like moving there just to point a few sports lighters into the air. Rolling Eyes (Better make it a few dozen!)

I'd love to do that. Very Happy The reason all of this crap is happening id IDA and other big corperations are, in a way, paying the congressmen's campaigns if the congressmen agree to do whatever they say. The land of oppertunitity is becoming the land of the corrupt. Sad
