Do these Beacons use some sort of Long Life Bulb?....cause it seems Awfully Inconvient to change one that High...especially near those Wires!

Yes,for long life service these should be fitted with 116W 8000 hour traffic light lamps.

Good find, and you got a good keen eyes spotting them too! Good job, there was one mounted RIGHT on a public streetlight right near Howard County Hospital, on a GE M-400A2 FCO....I wonder who's job is to service it, last I saw it didn't work....

Thanks....despite how dim these are they are Very Noticable at Night.
