Interesting sockets...it looks like a retrofit for a 4' T8/T12 fixture so maybe it could be fairly easily converted that way. I find the T5HO lamps quite glaringly intense...I definitely prefer T12's in prismatic wraparounds.

Yes the sockets can be retrofitted for T8/T12,it is very bright.

Interesting that they chose to use the retrofit style sockets instead of a additional mount for T5 sockets or a shorter fixture body.

I guess it does make a T8/T12 conversion easy. Razz
