Trashy ballasts from last year's dumpster diving season
These are some 2XF40T12 ballasts that are defective to some degree. From top to bottom:

- Universal Safe-T-Fuse from 03/77. Completely dead (fuse open)
- (X3) Philips-Advance from 01/75, 02/75, 01/75. Working with ground fault
- Canadian General Electric from 02/79. Completely dead

For now those ballast sit with burnt out lamps, and I still don't know what I'll do with them.

I've always wondered when did Philips started to make ballasts based on Advance's design.
