So stupid... Rolling Eyes

I know. Maybe the latch was broken and the door wouldn't close. Confused

They should have lowered the wattage when they changed it to HPS. Now you have a huge glare bomb. Rolling Eyes

Yeah it's way too bright. From the data I've found, 400w HPS is about 2x the lumen output as a 400w MV... At least it's a full cutoff...

I don't like those newer M-400's at all, they're the biggest glare bombs of all. They should have just installed a 200 watt HPS light there instead.

Yeah this light is a major glare bomb. However, I was told that the lights are metered and are leased by the village on a fixed wattage basis. A 400w should always be replaced with a 400w. So technically they followed proper procedure here...

I find these to have soem cycling problems too. Especially the FCO ones.

They do all the time everywhere.

Like the Model 25 it replaced, this fixture's door is hanging open. I wonder what the deal is with fixtures at this location?! Shocked
mercuryvaporrocks   [Dec 02, 2012 at 04:36 PM]
I bet it won't be long before it falls off the hinge.

Tree branches i guess... Hey gil you should climb the pole with a 250W HPS nema tag and then cut a wire so they have to repalce it and when they do a 250W one gets installed. Razz Laughing
