Those are rare in general! It is rare here too we have some......Those Hubbells are in the same way like Reveres are not common as streetlights but more common on parking lots, same goes for those Hubbells...

you will see a few pop up on interstate 91 in Connecticut.

There's a few on route 29, 32 and route 70......as replacements only....

There's a few at this rest stop that was closed shortly after I took the pic. I've also seen some other Hubbells used for streetlighting too.
