Powerlite B2227
Here's a nice Sylvania R37 (was also known as a Powerlite B2227 depending on when it was made) that's commonly seem along older streets here. But recently in mid July, they replaced a few of these with Coopers OVYs and OVXs when they replaced the aging concrete poles since some were deteriorated to the point where the rebar is visible, shame they couldn't keep the old lumes though.

Come to my neighbourhood with a bucket truck...there's a street here filled with these. Of course if you want a MV version you'll have drive to Newmarket. Laughing

MV B2227s are hard to find but HPS ones are easy to find. To make it like it was MV from the factory simply make a new tag for it and pop in a MV Sola Canada ballast.

Interesting... Maybe in a few years or so when I get my own place and have room for more lights I can try to get one of these guys. Maybe if I'm ever in Canada again... Smile
