EPAC External Ballasted Mini Gumball
Here's a smaller version of the gumball fixture commonly seem around the downtown Toronto area. This one has a pole mounted ballast and integrated arm like my other picture of a MV area light which has the same pole mounted ballast box with photocontrol. This one uses a HPS lamp and is pretty bright at light. The ballast box also has a 100 tag on it.
