That's a really interesting lamp IMO! Yep Champion/ITT became Norelco if I remember correctly, which was of course basically Philips.

yeah at one time champion was its own company i think! i have an old F40T12/CW champ somewhere , i am wondering if this lamp here is an Alto in disguise Question

I recall seeing Champion tubes like this one in service in a few Hart stores in eastern Quebec and northern New-Brunswick.
