cool thanks joe! lol. Anyways is keystone a small brand company? never heard of them before...
joe_347V   [Nov 16, 2012 at 01:54 AM]
No problem Mike, I believe Keystone used to be a smaller ballast company that's been in business for a while since I think I saw someone post a old Keystone preheat ballast on LG. Anyways I guess they started making or selling lamps with their brand.
streetlight98   [Nov 16, 2012 at 02:02 AM]
yeah i noticed a lot of ballast companies decide to sell cheap knock-off quality lamps with their ballasts (like venture lighting for ex.)

And there's always the Accupro lamps and ballasts with come with Lithonia's residential fixtures.

Yeah, if you look at my gallery on LG (I'm ace100w120v on LG) there should be a pic of a KeyStone NPF ballast from a fire-damaged Lithiona F40T12 shoplight. Sadly it doesn't work (buzzes loudly and heats the cathodes only and I haven't really messed around with it but rather just cut the leads short to 1 or 2 inches (enough to be wire-nutted if I find a use for it's malfunction or figure out how to repair it). Coolest part is the case is GALVANIZED steel too! Never seen anything like that before! Here it is... (...) You'll just need to copy and paste that into your address bar as I cannot figure out how to make this a link...

Sent you a PM message

@Joe: Yeah i have that old keystone NPF F40TT12 ballast
streetlight98   [Nov 16, 2012 at 08:53 PM]
@ andy; the gallery prevents you from posting "broken" links. Like i've said before, simply use this format:

[url= (enter url address) ] (enter the text you want to be viewed) [/url] This should be done with no spaces.

For example: Here's a link to this picture.

Suppose i wanted the link to be the "click here to view the photo!" I'd type exactly that (minus the quotes) under the (enter the text you want to be viewed) part of the equation.

In the mean time, posting with [url] [/url] tags works too and it'll look like this:

Hope this helps. Wink
