Looks like the ballasts are fine. Not when they do the demolition though. Sad

I saw the handholes opened at the abandoned Rocky point park. The wires were all cut the Westinghouse and GE lights.

Yep it was me who mentioned about 4000v. Someone tried to cut a series streetlighting line and was killed.
