ahh i can make my own Natural MV lamp by sticking my yellowed GE/Formed Plastics refractor in my M-250A or M-250R1. With a DX lamp and the yellowed lens, it looks similar to one of those warm white MV lamps.

The /N phosphor was designed for indoor applications and I don't remember ever seeing it used in a street light, but it would look nice, particularly in a mercury teardrop or acorn post top. I have a Sylvania 100w Warmtone in my display M400A and I've kept it in there for years.

My M-250A is used indoors though lol. It's mounted on my homemade street light stand in my bedroom. Cool The warmer color is nice, especially with the cold weather here to stay now.

Do you use it as a general light most of the time?

Nice! I have a Philips 250w /N but it seems like its just a /DX but slightly warmer.
