Thanks, did you know that the Sylvania R37 came from Ontario? Bought it from an eBay seller from there a while back.

The shaded Form 400, along with shaded Ovalites, Joslyns, and OV20s, was common on California freeways. If you want to see where this shaded Form 400 once lived, do a Google street view for 8327 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA, since I can't get street view links on my cell. Anyone here is welcome to post a link!

And yeah clamshells did have shields! But I have NEVER seen FULL CUT OFF clamshell...has anyone (sorry refractorless don't count!)

Two of these lights have PCBs that leaked! Shocked How do I safely clean them?
