Yeah the 400w HPS OVXs seem to fail really quickly, there was a couple of them in my area that started cycling a few months after they were installed.

Yep, all of the signals here in my city have been converted to LED.

All of the newer ones are non-pixelated but this is one of the older ones (late 90's early 00's)
