Highway and Surface Street Lights

Here's a shot of some GE HMAA highmast highway lights and some AE 115s? lighting a city street on some truss arms. Before the highway was widened and a new retaining wall was built on the left hand side there used to be another street on the left also with the same truss armed poles. The highway was also lit with lights mounted on these poles too. you could see the mounts for the old arms on some of the poles to the right.
