in my Area the Tapered Cone Refractors are less common than the Cylindrical Buckets....they look much thicker.

those are actually kinda thin but stronger than todays yardblasters....but they actually have white refractor instead of clear...those are still sold actually...Dave Lay i believe had found those...if this one is a closed bottom...it may have a star burst design in the very bottom!

You know....i Saw one of those Tapered Cone Nema Refractor in a Flea Market...along with one of those Faux Westinghouse BT-25 Lamps.....i also Spotted a 90's AE Blaster....when i asked if they for Sale they Wernt.....thats really irritating. Confused

Probably for decoration, I know of a few stores that use old traffic lights as decorations.
