Leviton Bolt On Fluorescent Lampholder
Here's a Leviton bolt on fluorescent holder like the one that form109 has but without the starter socket. I didn't take it out of the fixture as I didn't want to flex the old cloth wiring on the old CGE ballast too much to avoid breaking the insulation.

Thanks, I don't know why but these holders are pretty expensive here, I recall I got them last year for around $3.50 each Shocked

at my Local Hardware store (Mom and Pop Type Place) the Levition Sockets like this with the Starter Socket Built in run at 4.50...while the one's without the starter socket are just 1.00.
