New wiring setup on my light with plugs!
Conversion on this cheap chinese cobrahead is almost complete. This light design is utter crap but I am glad I have a light that I can just convert it to whatever my liking.

What do you all think so far? I mean this may not be a good permanent setup but for now this works nicely, I have been looking everywhere for connectors but I think this is gonna work for now, it unplugs just fine and it also lights up perfectly fine too. It all fits in the housing too.

I think the 4 pin Mini Fit or this 4 pin Molex would be close to a OEM Powr/Door plug. You'll need a crimper to install them though.

They're also used for internal computer power connections but since they're rated at 13A 600v, should work fine with a 175w probe start ballast. Just don't plug your ballast into a graphics card. Laughing
