WOW in theUK Health and Safety would kick off a fuss if Street Lights were mounted on High Voltage Powerlines, come to think of it anything carrying supplies above 400 volts even Floodlights in Electrical Substations are serviced by the Local Electricity Supply Companies and are mouned well away from the Transformers/SwitchGear etc
