For this task you'll need a bucket truck, hacksaw and a pair of wire cutters. Laughing

looks like the can is clamped in the holder by screws....and the holder is clamped to the pole with screws...so not too complicated to remove in theory. Laughing

obviously a Remote Ballast Fixture used to be here,possibly a Form 109 as the city did have them at one point long ago,im curious as to wheather that remote ballast still works even though im sure its disconnected.
