LOL, as you can see they re installed the same meter.

Nice! We have one similar, but we also have a main breaker outside. We own that one. They installed it, and gave us the key. It's supposed to be an emergencey shutoff or service switch. 200amp. I'll post a pic in a few days.

Here I don't think it is legal to install any breaker outside but I might be wrong, even if it is, it is never here.
