We have few around here, but Montreal area has plenty of them. They're probably the 2nd most common fixtures, after Coopers.

We have some here in Western Canada,only on city owned light stardards,there are no Lumec Helios installed by the utility (BC Hydro).

Are the Lumec Helios only Avalible in Sag and Flat Lense?....How do you Open them...dont they use some sort of Sealed Optics?

Yes, the Lumec Helios has only sag and flat optics.Yes its sealed,the reflector assembly is attached to the bottom door,and when its opened the socket/lamp is accessable by twisting it out, similar to an automotive halogen.

Lumec Helios

Here's a Lumec Helios streetlight fixture that's pretty common in Newmarket, although I haven't seen a lot of them anywhere else in Ontario. I've also seem them in Quebec too on the Autoroutes/Freeways there.
