here is a inertestng Junking find of last weekend in San Antonio Texas. It basically a FCO version of OV25. I even have the orginal boxes for them, and Finding them is very lucky for me. since i found 3 fixtures on the curb in front of some one house.
Hmm i wonder if the drop lens version is still called the OV-25 and if it still has the old Westinghouse style reflector versus this newer style one. Can you take a side shot of this? And a side shot with your silverliner's drop glass refractor? thanks.
Heh you should also take a pic of this light with the OV-25 glass in instead of the FCO glass, I wonder how would the distribution be if you paired a drop lens with the Cooperized reflector.
i already mentioned that Joe. Since the OVD uses this style reflector i don't think it's be too bad, but cooper fixtures tend to have poor distribution in general... The newer rounded OVZ glass lenses have a VERY smooth distribution though and I'm actually impressed with Cooper for once lol.
I know that the state of Texas uses those in the highways as state lighting! So GREAT FIND HERE, it's basically a Westinghouse OV-25 design which now owns by Cooper! That is one of the best rarest find of "TODAYS" lighting!

@ Jace I see them all over the Interstate upgradeing to those OVWs to replace the older non FCO lights and also on New Install. In San Antonio Texas Along I10, I35 also US 281.
I like these better as light distrubution is better on the roadway, also for HPS non FCO tend to be glare bomb anyway. so my state also install FCO OVX also.
Because for one, me and my parents moved to a new house in Highlands Ranch and the house is much smaller, so my parents wanted me to get rid of lots of them, so I did. I even got rid of ones I didn't want to get rid of. D:
I still have lots of lights though, but way less now, and I kept the ones I really really wanted to keep though.
Just this new house doesn't have as much room as our old house did so my parents wanted to get rid of lots of them.

I wouldn't mind having one of these. Even though I just got rid of many of my streetlights so my collection has been cut down tremendously.
