ITT Model 13
Here is a ITT Model 13 that was recently given to me by LCEC. When I wired this streetlight to an extension cord and plugged it in, nothing happened. So I removed the 100 watt ballast and all the gears, and transfered the ballast and gears from a Cooper 70 watt HPS barn light to this cobrahead.

Hmm. I guess this didn't origionally have a NEMA tag...

The guy i talked to at LCEC told me that at one time, they used to have a company refurbish their old streetlights so they could reuse them. Maybe the old NEMA tag was faded or fell off and so they used these stickers. They look like number stickers you would put on your mailbox. The 1 and the 0 are both separate stickers.

Duquesne Light used to use these same stickers on their older lights also.

There's a lone 115 in Toronto with a similar sticker on it too.

Maybe this was a merc at one point or a different wattage and the origional tag is underneath this one. Idea Doesn't look like they repainted this one though...

It doesnt look like there is another tag under there. Maybe the old tag fell off. I see that happen a lot here with the Cooper OVH and OVF.

Newer tags are pure garbage in terms of adheisive. It's possible that the tag fell off though. Some mercs didn't come with NEMA tags either.
