UtiliTech 100w MH Bucket Light
A UtiliTech 100w metal halide bucket-type light.
The ballast compartment part of the fixture seems decently made. The plastic 'bucket & in particular its metal top part seem a quite thin...I'm not sure it'd hold up all that well to the hailstorms we get here...

Even though I have no planned use, for $4.76 I really couldn't pass it up

Good deal, I guess if the ignitor goes early you could always screw in a 125w MV. Laughing I like that it has the full size 12" bucket instead of the smaller one normally used on these fixtures.

Which Restore did you get it from? I have been doing restore runs and haven't found really anything interesting lately, I mean they have highbays at the stores but those are kinda big for me right now. Other than those I don't think I have found anything interesting yet. ReSource didn't have really anything... Bud's warehouse (Aurora, Potomac and Missisippi Ave) had a some new high bays there but still nothing new... I wish they never re located because their old place had so much more plus a yard. Wheat Ridge had nothing special... Some wallpacks and high bays they have had for a long time, the Denver one next to I-25 and 6th.. Nothing special in that one, same stuff mainly, The restore closest to you, Quincy and Wadsworth.. Still nothing special. They had some lamps for sale for decently cheap but that was really it. Though I always seem to ignore my local restore here in Longmont... Though honestly they don't have anything interesting ever, they never did even years ago so I kinda tend to not visit it. I am still hoping to find the greatest deal in the world at some point, it is bound to happen, I already got three cobraheads from them after moving back. xD Wait 4 cobraheads. I forgot the off brand one I converted to MH.

@joe_347V:
I love MV, so I'd be perfectly ok with converting it if the ignitor died Laughing

@Lil'Cinnamon:
This one I got from Lowes (the one on Wadsworth...not sure if that is Denver or just Jefferson County). They had a row of clearance stuff - 90% off the clearance price. This was the only HID fixture, there was also a some incandescent fixtures, plus a limited amount of fluorescent, MV , HPS, & LED lamps of various types.

Only ReStore I've been to recently is the one at Quincy & Wadsworth (nothing of interest)...one of these days I'll have to make a trip to the Wheat Ridge & Denver near I-25 ones. The little closet of a ReStore in Highlands Ranch isn't even worth bothering with Laughing nor is the Aurora one.
I'd planned to go to Bud's Warehouse back in the summer but just didn't happen (the fact they moved even farther out made it even less appealing to go to)
I'd wanted to check out that Resource store in Boulder, but they're closed on Sundays which is the one day I was up that way Sad
