StreetLight #215 - A Brown One
I think this is the first time I've seen a cobrahead type streetlight in brown.
Most I've seen are gray, and occasionally see black.

all parts brown, decent! A Hubbel, Canadian, like me I believe!

This is a Hubbell RMC. I'm pretty sure these are made in the USA, though they do have plants up in Canada.

Thanks for Id'ing it .. I went back & updated the file info Smile

This is the only one of these I know of around...
Its also cool that they matched pole & lantern color!

Made in Canada -or- US .. either one is good with me Smile

Yeah both are good places to have the light made. Most cobraheads are made in Mexico now (AEL and Cooper) but I think GE's MIGHT be made in the USA...

I've seen a couple of fixtures in brown, definably not a common color though

"brown fixtures" we have them all over MD, although they aren't called brown but "Bronze" and its the same color as above....

To me its brown Laughing but I could totally see them calling it bronze for selling purposes because it sounds fancy..

I guess a brand new one would look bronze but after the paint starts to fade it looks brown. Laughing

Bronze actually looks similar to copper so I never got why they call this "bronze". I mean, it's brown. Laughing
