you can get a Artemis Branded HPS Lamp with a Clear ED37 Bulb see HERE for Picture, they are lisrted on the Canadian E-bay for $7.00 see HERE

I have a 400w ED-37 coated HPS too.. But CLEAR... that is way more rare.

Appears to be a generic lamp. Why are BT-37 HPS lamps so rare?
