Traffic Signal Warning Flashers
Here's a pic of a couple of traffic signal warning flashers that flash when the signal ahead turns red to warn the drivers ahead that the light changed and they should prepare to stop. There is also a sign lighting fixture on top of the sign so the drivers don't miss the sign at night.

We have several traffic signal warning flashers before traffic lights system in Haifa, Israel. But there are nothing then a simple wig-wag flasher similar to our pedestrian wig-wag flashers, inside a completely regular israeli warning sign. Proof that our once are "Home made" by using a pedestrian wig-wag flasher and a Israel made sign. They are rare in Israel generally.
When time permits, i will photograph and upload a picture of it.

Cool set-up, ours are different here in Western Canada with the overhead sign board/flashers. I know of some short ones similar to this near the Langley Municipal Airport.

Ours are either one on top and one on bottom.....OR both on top on right and left...
