Nameplate on My Cooper OVX
It's a 120/480V ballast, not 120 through 480V Just two taps. The nameplate would read 120/208/240/277/480 for voltage if it was a 120 through 480V. Made in January 1995! It has no PC socket, but I would like to add one if I can.

BTW, lights4life, your OVX is identical to this one.

I wonder if the Canadian Cooper fixtures had a different nameplate design. My UCD has a slightly different nameplate.

Hmm maybe. My OVC has a similar label, but has the older Cooper logo. The instructions sheet for this light has the old Cooper logo. My OVC is from 1990, five years older than this one. It also has the older Cooper NEMA tag too. This one has a newer Electromark NEMA tag, except this one is metallic. Cool
