NOS Westinghouse F40CW Blackender

Holy crap! An NOS tube! I was expecting a used MAYBE working tube but not an NOS tube! This was in a late 40s fluorescent fixture on the wall in my grandpa's shop that has never worked for as long as my grandpa has owned the building. I believe the pull chain was bad. Oddly enough, the pull chain was wired to the NUETRAL wire! Never seen that before... Anyways, the GE ballast was a loss as the wires are brittle beyond repair (though the ballast is in safe keeping) and i'm looking for a replacement single lamp preheat F40 ballast. If anyone's willing to part with one in working, like-new condition, please let me know! Thanks a TON!
