Man I am in disbelief as I look at these pics, a Chinese Sylvania bulb eh? Nope the lumens arent the same, this is only 1450 lumens the USA ones were 1690 lumens. That wide neck PS-19 shape is the design used all over the world except North America to accomodate the longer 230v filaments.

I agree with you, Dave. Indeed, it is the lower lumens despite the short life hours. I guess the truely efficent bulbs are made in USA! Sad

This is very illogical for the 100 watts ban for this specimen that is not very efficent than our made version.

Wow i didn't realize the lumens were lower. BTW Dave, I went to the new Job Lot at the corner of Hartford Ave and Atwood Ave in Johnston (used to be a Shaw's). They also sell Satco lamps and eco F40T12 Sylvania lamps.

O_o even my pack of 100w Sylvania long life soft white is brighter than these at 1560 lumens. Rolling Eyes
