UPDATE: I reported both of these M-250As closest to the camrea as being dim and both have new lamps now. The second one from the front got a new Lexalite/AEL plastic lens for some reason but the one closest kept its lens.

The one closest to the yellow truck was repaired too and given a new lamp and PC as well (kept its lens) but the new PC is too sensitive and the floodlights over there keep the light off (at least that's my guess) so I re-reported it hoping they'll reorient the PC socket.

That is nice!

Yep! I've slowly been getting all the mercs on Oakland and Hughes relamped so that they have bright lamps. I have to do them one-by-one since if you report a whole string of lights at one, NGrid will install HPS isntead but if it's just one they'll relamp it. I guess they don't want to disruppt the white glow trend lol. Well, whatever. These lights are all nice and bright and when Mv lamps are no longer made, these lights will still all be going strong unless NGrid decides to stab me in the back by doing a random group-replacement after all my planning about getting them relamped so that they don't get replaced.

Cool to see that they relamped them instead of putting in HPS. Ahh, nice planning. I'm guessing you're trying to get them all relamped before the merc lamp ban eh?.

I'm trying to get them relamped before NGrid pulls the plug altogether on 100W mercs. I don't think NGrid has even relamped wattages other than 100W MV (although Joe M mentioned that they did use 400W Mh lamps in 400W MV fixtures) and right now, I don't think they stock MV lamps anymore. It's probably dependent on whether the lineman sent to the light had a MV lamp on the truck or not.

The 175w one was dim and in 2006 or so it got a new lamp. 400w MV one close to me has been on for more than 9 years. 100w MV has been on for 13 years or so.

These M-250As MIGHT still exist, since my grandma only specifically said her block had the lights replaced but I'm guessing these were replaced too. Mad Crying or Very sad
