I believe the Sylvania flood was a later version of this Powerlite floodlight. The one in your pic has a different mount though.

I have one of these,it also has Powerlite molded into the front housing and has a Sylvania label.It looks like the one in your pic has custom made brackets.I just uploaded the pic of it here finally on GoL. I should have got this one as I'm sure it was scrapped anyway. Crying or Very sad
