Osram Gmbh calls this finish simply "Mirror" and apply this finish, in both silver and gold, to both P (Golf ball) and A (Pear) light bulbs and not globe light bulbs. (Half mirror is the general name of this finish in Europe, while Chrome Top is the common brand name of this finish in North American)
Btw, as the part of the 2012 EU incandescents ban, Osram discontinued many of the incandescents lamps in their ranges.
For example, today Osram krypton filled incandescent lamps (Superlux Krypton), only available in the mushroom shape that as dave wrote me in LG, their shape indeed called K.
The K shape was the standard classic shape of all the european krypton filled incandescent lamps for general lighting, but small decorative shapes (Candle, golf ball) for these lamps were also existed as well.

Hmm I've never heard these being called chrome tops before, I've always called them silver bowls and seen them being called silver bowls too.
