The City of Chicopee , which is the next town over from me has a bunch of these still up. This fixture also looks like it has a GE acrylic lens.

Yes Tony it has a GE acrylic lens. Thanks Joseph. I have not seen any OV-15 Tudors here on the West Coast,but there is still some HPS OV-25 Tudors installed 30 years ago in the Delta and Richmond areas.
