your first pic in this album
joe_347V   [Aug 17, 2011 at 06:24 PM]
I think I remember this pic! Very Happy
GullWhiz   [Aug 17, 2011 at 07:11 PM]
This one is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than the first pic in this album! The first pic was mostly lower wattage HID between 35 to 175 watts Rolling Eyes

The above picture had:
Two 400 watt fixtures
One 300 watt
Two 250 watt
Four 100 watt
Four 175 watt
One 150 watt
One 70 watt
One 18 watt
(add some ballast losses too!!!!)

*Declaimer: due to not remembering what bulb in incandescent nor what wattage the two of my multiwattage HPS was set at, it is CLOSE enough!

Shocked How fast was your power meter spinning Laughing
gailgrove   [Aug 17, 2011 at 07:34 PM]
This gives me an idea, I'm going to beat the gull at his own game - eventually! Laughing
GullWhiz   [Aug 17, 2011 at 07:39 PM]
Let's see if you can do it without tripping the breaker AND being SAFE! Don't use ungrounded or underrated extension cords!

Warning, once you beat me...I will try to beat you AFTER!
A_lights   [Aug 19, 2011 at 04:23 PM]
I will try one day, with lots of fluorescent fixtures! Would a video count? So I could show everything in the room(ceiling, walls, floor)
GullWhiz   [Aug 19, 2011 at 05:08 PM]
Better if a picture....its sometimes more of a doozy if you used video......I saw your basement...its big enough to use a bunch of fixtures on floor......it must be in ONE room!
A_lights   [Aug 19, 2011 at 06:12 PM]
Yeah that's a good point , I'd use that room for sure ! And the breaker is downstairs and most of the plugs all are one breaker switch , there are a lot of lines that don't have much on them too!
GullWhiz   [Aug 19, 2011 at 07:22 PM]
Aaron, let's call it a challege for you too....here's a goal...more fixtures, less circuits! Wink
Antstar85   [Aug 19, 2011 at 07:56 PM]
I don't think there's enough lights on here... Wink
gailgrove   [Nov 04, 2011 at 03:18 PM]
Alright Jace I have a question, how many lumens is all of this?
LilCinnamon   [Nov 04, 2011 at 06:18 PM]
If I had enough Cords I could BEAT you to this Jace! xD I could light all 17 cobraheads in this room! xD And I will have you beat by a landslide. xD
gailgrove   [Nov 04, 2011 at 06:20 PM]
You have enough outlets on individual circuits in one room to do that? Shocked
LilCinnamon   [Nov 04, 2011 at 06:29 PM]
I have 6 outlets in this room. xD Two of them have those 6-outlet things on them. But I wouldn't plug in too many lights on one of those.
gailgrove   [Nov 04, 2011 at 06:33 PM]
But are they all on the same circuit? If they are you'll trip it in no time.
GullWhiz   [Nov 04, 2011 at 09:51 PM]
This setup I used two 20 amp circuits!
gailgrove   [Nov 04, 2011 at 09:53 PM]
And, how many lumens was it.....?
GullWhiz   [Nov 04, 2011 at 10:24 PM]
add it up!!!!!! although some of the mercs in the pic was dimmed out....but figure it out by looking at the average lumens of each type of lamps!!!!!
gailgrove   [Nov 05, 2011 at 12:23 AM]
Two 400 watt: 40 000 lumens
One 300 watt 3000 lumens
Two 250 watt 25 000 lumens
Four 100 watt 10 800 lumens
Four 175 watt 28 000 lumens
One 150 watt 15 000 lumens
One 70 watt 6300 lumens
One 18 watt 1800 lumens

Total: 129 900 lumens

Therefore with the setup I did I beat you by 168 100 lumens with 298 000 lumens! Razz I'm going to post a picture on Tuesday as my camera got left somewhere else an I can't get it until then.
