No I custom made the box, the original box is stuck on the wall....this fixture is not the one on the link you linked.....it's the one with the BT lamp....note the scratch on the mounting backing......

I'm not sure but the fixture was actually relamped...But the fixture wasn't removed until a year later

Nice fixture! Also I've never seen a Westy electric meter with "needle" dial numbers. All the ones I've seen have the flip/number roll digits like on old gas pumps or clock-radios.
