OV-25's open.
Here are the twin OV-25's open. You can't really see the bullet holes in the other one (the one on the top) but they are there, it penetrated through the housing as well.
But here are the insides, both ballast look great, no nicks or anything.
A bit dirty in there though...

1970s third generation OVs there. Missing the reflector seals, though.

Yeah those gaskets seem to disapear easily in some lights... Can you take a close-up pic showing the bullet holes Ian?

I know the reflector seals were originally rubber seals but as they age they seem to start to dry up and crack and break easily!
in my area often gasket gets replaced with stick on felt gaskets

Yeah I know what you mean, my old GE 8" traffic light has cracks in the lenses seal.

The refractors and gaskets were gone, not sure where they went.
I am going to put another gasket on it.
Michael: Sure, but in a bit of time, the other light is in the garage with my other lights and it is going to be there for a while.
