Thanks to THIS TOPIC In lighting gallery I found out that this is from September 1971. Surprised it is that old! Especially for the condition. The inside of the door may be very dirty but still.

What kind of ballast is that? Similar to CWA or CWI?

Regulated output ballast is more like a CWI, no autotransformer style connection between the two coils.

How many different types of HID ballast circuits are there, I know HX, R, and CW ballasts are the most common.

Oh and I've never heard of regulated output before. Is it related to regulated lag?

I am just glad this was wired for 120 volts. It also works on 240 volts as the label here says.

I am glad it works too. I wonder how long this will last, it sure has lasted since 1971, I Bet it will last even longer
