OV-15 Comparison Here is a nice comparison shot between two a Westinghouse Canada OV-15 on the left (basically the same as the American model) and the newer Crouse-Hinds OV-15 on the right. The Crouse-Hinds is considerably more common here than the Westinghouse but there are a fair number of the Westinghouse's too. I hope to get one of the Westinghouse models eventually. OV-15 Comparison

I like it better too, the Crouse-Hinds one is also burning dimly, I'm guessing a bad capacitor. Wasn't it nice of them to put both on one pole like this. Razz

nice comparison pic! I personally like the Westie deisgn better but i'll take the Cooper version over the OVZ lol. BTW, the cooper OV-15 might have a bad lamp. Here a lot of the M-250R2s from the 90s have really dimmed lamps that act like a bad cap but simply isntalling a new lamp makes it work. My guess is the vacuum broke and the arc tube can't heat up as much as it needs to to reach full brightness.
